Five years ago, oneclick was founded in Zurich and today we are the technology leader in the provision of business applications and data in the browser. At our office and technology centre in Traunstein, Germany, we work on the further development of our oneclick™ platform. In order to strengthen our team in Traunstein, we are looking for an Order / Invoice / Accounting Administrator (m/f/d) in full-time position.

What you can expect:

  • Creation of orders, preparation of outgoing invoices for our contracted services, and all related activities
  • Processing, coordination, monitoring and management of existing orders
  • Recording of incoming payments, receivables management and dunning processes
  • Data analysis and maintenance, plausibility checks of our data, internal re-invoicing
  • Ongoing coordination, correspondence and cooperation with customers and operating companies
  • Examination and execution of price revisions, as well as preparation of all price adjustment-relevant information
  • Activities in the back office area, as well as all work arising in this context

How you get us excited:

  • Successfully completed business education or studies in business management (or comparable)
  • Well-founded professional experience of several years in the area of invoicing / accounting and contract management, preferably also for the legislatures Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain and USA in the area of B2B and B2C
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • ERP knowledge, preferably Sage and DATEV
  • Precise and reliable way of working as well as high affinity to numbers
  • Distinct team and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, corporate thinking and acting
