This is what awaits you as our new Tax Clerk/Experienced Accountant (f/m/d):
- Preparation of ongoing bookkeeping, including all activities arising in this context
- Co-responsibility for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Process optimisation and digitisation
- Support with accounting of debtors, creditors and asset accounting
- Accounting of travel expenses
- Carrying out monthly payroll accounting and other activities
- Invoice verification, preparation of payment transactions if necessary
Das zeichnet Dich aus:
- Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or other commercial training (ideally with further training in financial accounting)
- Sound specialist knowledge in the field of financial and payroll accounting
- Holistic way of thinking in business administration
- Confident use of MS Office & DATEV, LODAS, as well as a quick grasp of ERP or accounting systems (Docuware knowledge is a plus – but not a must)
- Organized and independent working style
- Team player with commitment, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
- You are reliable and committed, working carefully and meeting deadlines
- You have a very high affinity for numbers
- Analytical skills and precise way of working, as well as interest, an open mind and flexibility to help develop and advance new fields of activity
