We support IKEV1 and IKEV2 with all common algorithms. More equirements you view in the article Connection via VPN IPsec.

The protocols RDP, VNC and SSH can be selected.

USB devices cannot be used directly in a oneclick™ workspace session without a gateway, as oneclick™ operates entirely within the browser.
With the optional oneclick™ Gateway, secure USB redirection is available. This allows USB endpoint devices such as dongles, card readers, and specialised hardware to be passed through into the remote desktop session.
For specific scenarios, FabulaTech USB over Network can be used.

Yes. You can either print locally (PDF generation) or – if the gateway is enabled – print directly through the session.

Alternatively, the Printix cloud printing service is available, allowing you to print in the corporate network even when working from home.

You can restrict access to the oneclick™ Workspace using 2-factor authentication via SMS or Google Authenticator from any IP address. You can also add specific IP addresses to an allowlist (formerly whitelist) or a blocklist (formerly blacklist).

Apart from this, you can also secure sensitive applications individually.

It is possible to connect the following types of applications:

  1. Connections to servers with Windows or Linux applications: You can deliver desktops, terminals or individual applications.
  2. Cloud resources with Windows or Linux applications: You can deliver desktops, terminals or individual applications.
  3. Web resources, such as internal or public websites or applications: These are opened through “browser-in-browser” technology in an isolated container managed by oneclick™ and optionally made available with single sign-on.

No, you cannot install oneclick™ on your own servers. However, you can connect and deliver any of your own infrastructure to oneclick™.

The implementation of an on-premises version of oneclick ™ for enterprise customers is possible as a project order.

Yes, you will need the Professional User License, which includes the Hybrid Drive App. In this app you can connect external storage, such as SMB shares or cloud storage, such as Dropbox. The files that you want to use within your applications can then be dragged and dropped into the mounted drive “Hybrid App Share on oneclick”.

You can use any system as a backup system. If you have no preference, we will be happy to advise you. Get in touch with us.

Licensing & Pricing

What does licensing cost for a multi-user environment?

If you want to implement a multi-user environment based on Microsoft Windows RDS, both Microsoft and we recommend “per user” licensing. Each accessing user requires a valid Microsoft access licence (CAL or SAL).
Either RDS CALs with active Software Assurance have already been purchased for these users, or they can be licensed on a monthly basis via RDS SALs.
RDS SAL licences cost EUR 8.99 per user per month plus VAT and can be purchased together with oneclick™ App Licences. In that case, licensing is automatically compliant with Microsoft terms and the purchase of RDS CALs incl. Software Assurance is not required.

More information about Microsoft licensing can be found in this article.

You can purchase oneclick™ licenses directly in the system or via our sales team.

As in other environments, you need licences for the software you want to deploy via oneclick™.

  • Microsoft products can be purchased directly from oneclick™.
  • Other software that is not integrated must be licensed directly through the vendor.

The annual subscription can be cancelled with three months’ notice before the end of the term. Otherwise it renews for another year.

The monthly subscription can be cancelled with three days’ notice before the end of the term. Otherwise it renews for another month.

No. oneclick™ can be ordered starting from just one licence.

To deliver software using oneclick™, you need:

  1. Infrastructure — your own servers or cloud servers (Azure, AWS, etc.), sized for your users. Prices vary by provider and requirements. We are happy to advise you.
  2. Microsoft Windows licences, if the infrastructure requires Windows.
  3. oneclick™ User and App Licences for delivering applications or desktops. If your software has no own file storage, the Professional User Licence (incl. Hybrid Drive App) is recommended.

We also work with infrastructure maintenance partners.

Microsoft licenses are not included in the oneclick™ fees. However, if you need it, you can purchase it from us. If you provide resources through the Cloud Resource Manager, operating system licenses are included in the cloud provider’s costs.

oneclick™ user and app licences can also be billed on a concurrent basis.
Billing is based on the monthly peak – the highest number of simultaneous accesses.

This model is efficient if less than half of your users work at the same time, or users have many apps but rarely use them simultaneously.

Concurrent oneclick™ User Licences

  • Professional: small base fee + surcharge for peak usage (incl. Hybrid Drive)
  • Basic: no base fee, only pay for concurrent peak users

Concurrent oneclick™ App Licences

You pay only for the number of simultaneously opened apps. Limits can be set to control costs.

We will gladly advise you which model suits your requirements best.
