In what size are the oneclick™ demo environments available?
We offer our demo environments as standard for 3, 8, 16 or 32 simultaneous users.
What infrastructure does my demo environment run on?
For the implementation we use our instantly available and turnkey VDI packages in the public cloud. We take care of setting up, operating and maintaining the environment. Contact our sales department for more information.
What does the demo environment cost?
Depending on the number of simultaneous possible accesses, we charge a one-time setup fee, including installation of your application:
- 250€ for 3 simultaneous users
- 500€ for 8 simultaneous users
- 750€ for 16 simultaneous users
- 1,000€ for 32 simultaneous users
Added to this are the ongoing costs for the hosting of your application. Our sales department will be happy to advise you on the available VDI packages.
What happens if more than the designated number of simultaneous users log in?
The demo environment is designed in coordination with you for a maximum number of simultaneous users. When all slots are occupied, the next user is redirected to an information page, e.g. to a subpage in your website. There you can inform that the demo environment is currently busy, and that the prospect should try again in a few minutes. Ideally, you place an additional contact field and sales information on the landing page. We log all accesses for you. If a full load occurs too often, you can always upgrade to a larger package.
Can I provide my application in different languages?
Yes. You can work with different referrer links that are used for legitimation on the oneclick™ platform. You can define these URLs yourself. Depending on the URL a prospect uses to access the demo environment, the desired version of your application will be launched.
Do the users see each other?
No. The demo environment is set up via Remote Desktop Services from Microsoft. Every anonymously logged in user gets a personal session with your application. For security reasons, the environment and any database entries are reset daily to their original state.
Can the session duration be limited?
Yes, you can set a time period after users are automatically logged out so that they do not unnecessarily block the available slots.
Is a controlled login possible instead of the anonymous login?
Yes, if you want more control over who accesses your demo environment at what time, you can create dedicated users. These users can log on to the oneclick™ platform with a verified email address and password.
Can I also use oneclick™ for live environments?
Of course. Our demo environments provide you as a software vendor or system integrator with an uncomplicated way to gain first positive experiences with oneclick™. Our VDI packages are just as suitable for live operation as our fully managed SaaS platform.
