New Update optimises cloud storage oneclick™ Drive

[oc_spacer height=”15″]Improved performance and ease of use of the cloud storage integrated in the oneclick™ platform.

With the oneclick™ Drive, you have a central and secure storage location for your data, which you can access at any time with any device via a browser. Numerous optimisations have been implemented through the latest update. Apart from general stability improvements, from now on the cloud storage integrated in oneclick™ also supports the upload of entire folders. This saves time when handling many files. In addition, uploads with a data size of more than 2 GB are now possible. This enables you to upload even large files, access them with lower bandwidth using a mobile device and share the files with internal or external partners using a download link.

In order to raise the usability of the oneclick™ Drive to a new level, improvements have been made in the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI). A clear appearance and user guidance are at the centre of these changes. It is now also possible to set up restrictions for data access, which denies certain persons access to specific file directories. Therefore, sensitive data and information is reserved for authorised users only.

As a central component of the oneclick™ platform, the oneclick™ Drive integrates other cloud storages in a central location, such as Dropbox or OneDrive, as well as local enterprise drives such as SMB storage from the next release onwards. Besides the standard storage space of the oneclick™ Drive, you therefore have all components required for your work compiled – available and securely accessible via the browser at any time.
