On October 4 and 5, 2016, the 2nd annual CeBIT conference d!conomy took place in Düsseldorf. This high profile convention concentrated on knowledge transfer and networking in an increasingly digitalized world. At the InterContinental Hotel, the organizers welcomed approximately 250 participants, who were either an executive member of a company or a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) who is responsible for the firm’s digital strategy. The focus of this two day event was the digital transformation within companies and the challenges of digitalization.
As one of the exhibitors, Dominik Birgelen, CEO of oneclick AG, demonstrated all interested visitors the functionalities of the oneclick™ application delivery and streaming platform. This rests like a smooth layer over the present IT infrastructure and helps companies in the digitisation of their business processes. No matter if the company is using their applications in an internal computing centre or already across cloud services, oneclick™ enables the easy, quick and safe delivery of all applications to worldwide users in one central, 100% web-based desktop in a browser.
Versatile solution for digital workspaces
„This desktop in the browser is called a digital workspace“, explains Dominik Birgelen. „Thereby, only an encrypted stream is released. The applications and data never leave the protected hosting location. For the deployment of such digital workspaces, oneclick™ delivers an immediately available, integrated management environment, including provisioning on the infrastructure. With our platform, we help all companies who are searching for a safe remote access solution on central applications and desktops as well as an improvement in the efficiency of their IT administration.“
The conference was the perfect opportunity for oneclick™ to introduce their platform to many decision makers. „We are happy about all the positive feedback we received at the conference“, affirmed Birgelen. The visitors where especially excited about the versatility of oneclick™: simple delivery processes, more mobility for users while offering a higher level of security.
On November 24, 2016 the next d!conomy will take place in Zurich, where oneclick will once again participate. The CeBIT partner country conference in Switzerland is again under the topic „Digital Transformation“. For more information, follow the link: http://www.euroforum.de/dconomy-ch/ .
