On October 4 and 5, 2016, the 2nd annual CeBIT conference d!conomy took place in Düsseldorf. This high profile convention concentrated on knowledge transfer and networking in an increasingly digitalized world. At the InterContinental Hotel, the organizers welcomed approximately 250 participants, who were either an executive member of a company or a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) who is responsible for the firm’s digital strategy. The focus of this two day event was the digital transformation within companies and the challenges of digitalization.
