OC Development GmbH moves to additional premises
Only three months have passed since boxes were packed. Additional rooms were moved into by OC Development GmbH in Bernauer Street in Prien am Chiemsee. Following the establishment of the company in 2014, the office space in the Logistik Kompetenz Zentrum (LKZ) or Logistic Competence Center, was the perfect base for the start-up’s first steps. However, oneclick’s success resulted in a sharp workforce increase, which made an expansion of office space inevitable. “Our sustained and continued growth is the reason to expand our office facilities. Now we have the office space that we require for expansion in the near future“, explains Mathias Meinke, one of the founders and CTO of oneclick AG.
Work where others go on holiday
The search for a suitable property turned out to be fairly easy. It lead the management of OC Development GmbH to a new location only 500 metres from their existing premises in the centre of the market town Prien am Chiemsee, more precisely to Bernauer Street 16. “We definitely wanted to stay in Prien as here we have the best conditions for our company. We work in a region where others go on holiday. Our location is extremely well connected to public transportation and the surroundings remain familiar for our staff. We will also continue to use the offices in the LKZ,” adds Meinke.
Besides more space for staff, OC Development now has an additional meeting room and a lounge for informal chats to stimulate staff’s creativity. “We are based in one the most beautiful regions in the Alps. Now every member of our staff has room to develop and the necessary space to drive innovation,” summarises Mathias Meinke.
